Daniel A. Oberle is a Partner at Carlsbad Law Group, A.P.C., where he represents clients in complex civil litigation across a broad range of industries. His practice focuses on business litigation, construction and design defect claims, professional liability defense, real estate disputes, administrative law, bankruptcy, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and personal injury litigation. Daniel is known for his strategic insight, meticulous preparation, and solutions-oriented approach to resolving high-stakes disputes.
Daniel has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. He works closely with expert witnesses to develop persuasive theories of liability and defense, ensuring that each matter is positioned for the strongest possible outcome. Clients value his ability to navigate complex factual records and procedural challenges with clarity and confidence.
Before joining Carlsbad Law Group, Daniel practiced as an Associate at Koenig Law Firm PC in Irvine, where he handled construction, real estate, and business litigation matters. He also clerked at Samini Scheinberg, PC in Newport Beach, gaining substantial experience in civil litigation and motion practice. While in law school, Daniel served as a Research Assistant to Alexander Capron, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at USC Gould School of Law, contributing to scholarship in international bioethics, human rights, and medical law.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received the USC Dean’s Merit Scholarship, served as a Staff Editor of the USC Law Honors Journal, and completed graduate certificates in Business, Technology and Entrepreneurship, and Digital Media and Entertainment. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a minor in Philosophy. Daniel is admitted to practice in California state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the California Bar Association’s Business Law and Construction Law Sections and the American Bar Association. A Southern California native, Daniel resides in Vista, California, and remains active in the Orange County legal community.
Outside of his practice, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, hiking, and attending live sporting events.
