Theresa Men is a Law Clerk and Attorney (KY, Pending CA Bar Results) at Carlsbad Law Group, LLP focusing her practice on business and civil litigation matters. She has previously represented clients in the technology industry on data privacy and various commercial matters.

Throughout her career, Ms. Men has maintained a strong business focus, gaining valuable experience in California state courts and Kentucky state courts. Currently, she handles a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, wage and hour litigation matters, and general legal matters.

Ms. Men understands her clients’ needs and is a committed advocate who prioritizes her clients’ interests. Whether providing legal advice, representing clients in court, or negotiating agreements, she is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining responsive, prompt, and professional communication throughout the process.

Ms. Men obtained a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and Political Science from the University of Louisville. Ms. Men earned her J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2022, where she formed the school’s first Tech Law Society and was President of the Labor and Employment Law Society. Ms. Men is a member of the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Bar Association and pending membership with the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice law in Kentucky.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Men enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, exploring international grocery stores, and reading about science and technology.

Theresa possesses an intermediate fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
