Adam Kidd
Associate Attorney
Adam Kidd is an associate attorney at Carlsbad Law Group, LLP focusing his practice on business and civil litigation matters. He has previously represented clients in workers’ compensation and collection matters.
Mr. Kidd has maintained a business litigation focus since law school and has obtained extensive experience in California federal and state courts. Currently, he represents multiple business clients in various disputes including contractual disputes, wage and hourly litigation matters and general practice. Mr. Kidd has a business mindset and a strong command of understanding his clients’ goals and leveraging substantive and procedural litigation forums to advance his clients’ objectives and achieve the desired results.
Mr. Kidd obtained a bachelor’s degree in English Language Literature from the University of Santa Cruz and earned his J.D. from Chapman Fowler School of Law in 2019. Mr. Kidd is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in California and before the U.S. District Courts in California, for the Southern District, Central District, Eastern District, and Northern District.
In his spare time, he likes to go for walks, visit family, and spend time at the beach.
