Timothy Daveler is an associate attorney at Carlsbad Law Group, LLP focusing his law practice on civil and business litigation. He also represents clients on commercial, real estate, and employment law matters.
As an attorney with a business mindset, Mr. Daveler has a strong command of understanding his clients’ goals and focuses on achieving the desired results. Prior to joining the firm and attending law school, Mr. Daveler held several executive leadership positions in the life sciences industry across the Americas while living in Latin America and Canada. Mr. Daveler also has served on a number of advisory boards across diverse sectors.
Mr. Daveler received his B.S. degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. in International Business from the Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University. Mr. Daveler earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. In addition, he was a member of the California Western Law Review, published author in the Law Journal, and a recipient of the International Law Journal S. Houston award.
Mr. Daveler is a member of the State Bar of California and Colorado and is admitted to practice law in all California and Colorado state courts. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Daveler enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, mountain biking, and all outside adventure activities.
